I'm very excited to start this challenge after the launch of The Beautaé Bar Hair Growth Oil! The purpose of this challenge is to find a regimen that works best for you hair in order to grow long and healthy strands! So lets get started on what this months hair growth challenge will entail!  Hair grows (naturally) on average around 0.3 - 0.5 inches each month and is the second fastest growing tissue on the body. The goal is to double this and grow an inch with the use of our oils and a set regimen with different products that enhances hair growth.  1. The first this we'll be going is a trim or chop to get rid of the dead, damaged and brittle ends!  2.  We will be using a deep conditioner twice this month - you can use any deep conditioner of your choice  especially if it is a protein treatment which increases the moisture in hair. 3.
